Ca khúc ra đời năm 1942 do nhạc sỹ nổi tiếng Irving Berlin sáng tác viết về Giáng sinh cổ điển. Theo sách kỷ lục thế giới Guinness, bản hát bởi Bing Crosby là bản bán chạy nhất mọi thời đại với số lượng ước tính trên 100 triệu bản toàn thế giới.

Đây là một ca khúc có sự pha trộn ngôn ngữ, ra đời năm 1970, được viết bởi ca sỹ Puerto Rican và nhạc sỹ José Feliciano. Với giai điệu vô cùng đơn giản và lặp đi lặp lại "Feliz Navidad, próspero año y felicidad", nghĩa tương tự tiếng Anh là "I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of my heart", bài hát đã nhanh chóng trở ca khúc nhạc pop dành cho Giáng sinh phổ biến tại Mỹ, cộng đồng các nước nói tiếng Tây Ban Nha và toàn thế giới.

Đây là một ca khúc giáng sinh nổi tiếng với phần lời được viết bởi John Lennon và Yoko Ono, ra đời năm 1971 và nhanh chóng xếp hạng 4 tại UK Singles Chart (Anh). Sau khi John Lennon qua đời vào năm 1980, bài hát đã leo lên vị trí thứ 2. Ngoài ra, đây còn là bài hát chống lại chiến tranh tại Việt Nam. "So this is christmas" đã trở thành ca khúc không thể thiếu trong dịp giáng sinh và được cover lại bởi rất nhiều nghệ sỹ lớn.

Đây là một ca khúc về mùa đông, nhưng lại thường được bật trong các dịp Giáng sinh. Ca khúc được viết năm 1934 bởi Felix Bernard (phần nhạc) và Richard B. Smith (phần lời). Trong vài chục năm, ca khúc đã được ghi âm và biểu diễn bở khoảng 200 nghệ sỹ

Bài hát được viết bởi Johnny Marks vào năm 1962, bản nổi tiếng nhất được biết đến do Burl Ives biểu diễn. Trong 5 năm đầu thế kỷ 21, bài hát luôn nằm trong top 25 ca khúc được biểu diễn nhiều nhất trong mỗi dịp Giáng sinh.

Ra đời năm 1945, bài hát được viết tại Hollywood, California trong một dịp trời đột nhiên nóng bất thường. Mặc dù lời bài hát không hề đề cập đến Giáng sinh, nhưng nó thường xuyên được các đài phát song vào dịp lễ này và các nghệ sỹ cũng thường biểu diễn bài hát với phông nền Giáng sinh.

17. IN THE BLEAK MIDWINTER

In the Bleak Midwinter là khúc Thánh ca được hát nhiều nhất tại nhà thờ trong dịp Giáng sinh. Phổ theo bài thơ viết năm 1872 của nhà văn người Anh Christina Rossetti và giống như Silent Night, In the Bleak Midwinter cũng chinh phục trái tim thính giả bằng giai điệu thánh thót đậm chất huyền bí, hòa theo tiếng hát trang nghiêm của dàn đồng ca nhà thờ. In the Bleak Midwinter còn được bầu chọn là Ca khúc hay nhất thế giới dành cho dàn đồng ca vào năm 2008.

18. RUDOLPH, THE RED-NOSED REINDEER

Bài hát lấy cảm hứng từ câu chuyện về Rudolph, chú tuần lộc thứ 9 của ông già Noel do Robert L. May sáng tác năm 1939. Với chiếc mũi đỏ to lớn kỳ quặc, Rudolph thường bị bạn bè tẩy chay không cho chơi cùng. Bỗng vào một đêm Đông bão tuyết, cậu trở thành người hùng của Ông già Noel khi được chọn dẫn đường cho xe tuần lộc bởi chính chiếc mũi phát sáng của mình. Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer được Gene Autry phổ nhạc và leo thẳng lên Top những ca khúc hay nhất năm 1949.
