I think that it depends on the type of job.

Main 2: Apple and Facebook are two incredible companies, and both are not requiring their employees to wear a uniform.
Sp 2: The purpose is to create an amazing work environment, a fun, creative place to enhance the quality of their staff's work.

Impression on the guests.
Conclusion: In conclusion, although I believe that the way a person dresses cannot affect his quality of work, in some specific jobs, employees should have a dress code to get the best of their jobs
