Cuối cùng thì, sau bao nhiêu tháng ngày mòn mỏi chờ đợi thì album phòng thu thứ 2 của chàng nhạc sĩ Lewis Capaldi đã chính thức phát hành vào ngày 19/5/2023. Và Haven't you ever been in love before là track thứ 5 trong 12 bài hát được cho ra mắt trong album này. Đối với Ca khúc này, ban đầu mình chưa thật sự cảm nhận hết độ hay của bài hát, cho đến khi Lewis quyết định đăng tải chiếc MV vô cùng dễ thương lên kênh Youtube. Chiếc MV xoay quanh nhân vật chính là Nick, một anh chàng kỹ sư cơ khí nhưng lại mang trong mình một trái tim vô cùng ấm áp khi luôn là người mang đến những món đồ chơi do chính tay anh tự làm mang đến cho những đứa trẻ trong bệnh viện - những sinh linh nhỏ bé sinh ra đã mắc phải những căn bệnh quái ác. Chính hành trình làm đồ chơi tặng trẻ ở bệnh viện đã chạm đến trái tim của Lewis và đây có lẽ là nguồn cảm hứng cho Lewis sáng tác ca khúc này. Thôi không dông dài này nữa, hãy cùng mình lắng nghe và thưởng thức ca khúc tuyệt đẹp này nào.
