Một MV chính thức với vũ đạo trên những khung hình mang tông màu tối đã được công chiếu trên Youtube vào ngày 11 tháng 4 năm 2025. Trên nền nhạc pop đầy sâu lắng và đậm chất tự sự, bài hát là quá trình vượt qua nỗi đau và tìm đến sự chữa lành cho trái tim mình, trong đó sử dụng mưa như một phép ẩn dụ cho những cảm xúc mất mát trong tình yêu. Cuối cùng bài hát như mang đến niềm an ủi và sự kiên cường cho bất kì ai đang đối mặt với cơn bão giông trong lòng của riêng mình, mong rằng họ đừng vội gục ngã hay sống mãi trong quá khứ đã qua.
