Transviolet là một ban nhạc alternative pop-rock được thành lập tại San Diego, California (Hoa Kỳ) vào năm 2015. Nhóm bao gồm bốn thành viên: Giọng hát nữ Sarah McTaggart; cùng với các thành viên nam khác là Judah McCarthy, Michael Panek và Jon Garcia trong vai trò làm nhạc và sáng tác viết lời. Ban nhạc ban đầu thành lập trực tuyến trước khi chuyển đến West Coast để trực tiếp cộng tác.

Ca khúc "Sunshine" của nhóm được phát hành dưới dạng đĩa đơn vào ngày 26 tháng 9 năm 2019 cùng với một MV chính thức đơn giản. Sau đó thì bài hát này cũng có mặt trong album phòng thu đầu tay của nhóm mang tên "Born to Rule", ra mắt sau đó vào ngày 16 tháng 1 năm 2020 ở vị trí thứ bảy.

Với chất pop nhẹ nhàng và bắt tai, [COLOR=rgb(0, 0, 0) ]bài hát giúp ta suy ngẫm về bản chất nhất thời của sự tồn tại cũng như việc theo đuổi niềm vui giữa những bất ổn của cuộc sống.
