Ra mắt vào ngày 29 tháng 10 năm 2013, "She Knows" là đĩa đơn thứ ba nằm trong album phòng thu thứ hai "Born Sinner" của nam nghệ sĩ J. Cole . Bài hát còn có sự góp giọng của nữ nghệ sĩ Amber Coffman (cựu thành viên của Dirty Projectors và Sleeping People). Ngoài ra bài hát cũng lấy sample rất nhiều từ ca khúc "Bad Things" của Cults, cũng như chứa interpolation từ bài hát "What These Bitches Want" của DMX kết hợp cùng Sisgó.

MV chính thức cho ca khúc này được công chiếu sau đó vào ngày 14 tháng 2 năm 2014. Trong MV có sự góp mặt của nam diễn viên Harold Perrineau, nữ diễn viên Rochelle Aytes, lan Martin và chính J. Cole. Bối cảnh chính của MV được quay tại Nam Los Angeles, bao gồm Trường trung học cơ sở Johnnie L. Cochran Jr. Và Pink Motel.
