"Lifted" là ca khúc thứ năm trong album phòng thu thứ hai của Allie X mang tên" CollXtion II", được phát hành vào ngày 9 tháng 6 năm 2017. Ca khúc thuộc thể loại synthpop, reggae và tropical house đầy mê hoặc nhưng cũng vô cùng thú vị. Bài hát nói về việc thoát ly khỏi cuộc sống bằng cách sử dụng các chất kích thích. Lời của bài hát như đang mô tả về một nhóm người đang muốn quên đi những rắc rối và thoát khỏi vấn đề của mình bằng cách hít khí heli hoặc sử dụng ma túy. Nữ ca sĩ người Canada chia sẻ về ca khúc như sau: "Lifted [COLOR=rgb(0, 0, 0) ]là một bài hát nói về việc nói mặc kệ mọi thứ và tôi đoán là bạn sẽ đạt được trạng thái hưng phấn theo bất kỳ cách nào và cứ để mọi thứ trôi qua. Tôi đoán ở một khía cạnh nào đó thì tôi hơi giống một đứa trẻ."[/COLOR]
