Thuộc thể loại future house và electroclash đầy sôi động, "KGB" phác hoạ nên hình ảnh của một người đã đi lên từ áp lực nên không còn nhu cầu phải làm vừa lòng bất cứ ai. Tiêu đề của bài hát là viết tắt của Cơ quan tình báo nước ngoài và an ninh nội địa của Liên Xô, nhằm ẩn dụ cho việc nhân vật chính quan sát, học hỏi, thích nghi với mọi tình huống trong sự im lặng. Cô nàng từ chối việc để bản thân bị đóng khung vào các chuẩn mực của xã hội, quyết định bứt phá theo cách riêng mình để dập tắt những lời bàn tán và dị nghị của người đời.

"KGB" được ra mắt vào ngày 17 tháng 4 năm 2026, là đĩa đơn "mới toanh" đến từ cô nàng ADÉLA. Đi cùng với bài hát là một MV chính thức đầy ấn tượng và nổi loạn, do Rachel Dunkel làm đạo diễn. Bài hát này là "phát súng" đầu tiên dành cho album phòng thu đầu tay của nữ nghệ sĩ.
