Track nhạc thứ 4 "Island" là đĩa đơn mở đường cho mini album thứ ba của nhóm nhạc ảo PLAVE mang tên "Caligo Pt.1", đây là một bản ballad kết hợp với tiếng đàn piano đầy cảm xúc, tượng trưng cho sức mạnh biến đổi của tình yêu và sự kết nối sâu sắc mà PLAVE dành cho người hâm mộ (PLLI). Với những giai điệu đa tầng và mang chủ đề mùa đông, được khai thác qua sự ấm áp của kết nối, bài hát đã ghi lại một cách tuyệt đẹp hành trình từ sự tồn tại đơn điệu đến một cuộc sống tràn ngập sắc màu và ánh sáng.
Trong video đặc biệt được phát hành, có thể thấy một cái cây trơ trụi ở phía sau nhóm, đây là điểm tương đồng và gợi nhớ đến cái cây được mô tả trong mini album "ASTERUM : The Shape of Things to Come", có chủ đề về mùa hè, trái ngược với bối cảnh mùa đông trong lần trở lại này.
