Trước đó vào ngày 29 tháng 3 năm 2023, có thông báo rằng ChungHa sẽ rời MNH Entertainment. Và rồi sau đó, ngày 10 tháng 10 năm 2023, cô nàng đã chính thức trở thành nghệ sĩ trực thuộc MORE VISION (công ty giải trí của Jay Park, được thành lập vào năm 2022).

"I'm Ready" cũng là màn "nhá hàng" cho đĩa đơn kỹ thuật số sắp ra mắt "EENIE MEENIE" của cô nàng, sẽ chính thức phát hành vào ngày 11 tháng 3 năm 2024 sắp tới. Trên nền nhạc dance pop sôi động và đầy táo bạo, ca khúc như đang khẳng định sự trở lại đầy mạnh mẽ của cô nàng sau một thời gian vắng bóng. Cô nàng đã sẵn sàng chinh phục đường đua âm nhạc, với một thái độ đầy tự tin và không hề sợ hãi trước bất kì khó khăn hay thử thách nào. MV trình diễn phiên bản đầy đủ của ca khúc được ra mắt sau đó vào ngày 27 tháng 3 năm 2024.
