Đây cũng chính là bài hát mở đầu cho bộ anime "Gals Can't Be Kind To Otaku!?" công chiếu tháng 4 năm 2026 này, được chuyển thể từ bộ truyện tranh cùng tên được viết bởi Norishiro-chan và minh họa bởi Sakana Uozumi.
Trên nền nhạc dance pop bắt tai và đầy ấn tượng, "HIDE AND SEEK" nói về việc không cần cũng như không muốn một tình yêu không chân thật và không chắc chắn.
