Vào ngày 12/06/2026, nhóm nhạc nam Hàn Quốc AHOF chính thức trở lại với "Sugar High" – đĩa đơn mở đường cho mini album thứ ba "RUN TO YOU" (ra mắt ngày 08/07/2026). Với thời lượng 2 phút 45 giây, ca khúc mang phong cách Brazilian Phonk pha Dance Pop tràn đầy năng lượng này là bài hát ngắn nhất trong dự án.

Tác phẩm thể hiện sự tự tin có kiểm soát và bản lĩnh kiên định giữa nhịp sống hối hả. Thông qua hình ảnh ẩn dụ về sự ngọt ngào bùng nổ, bài hát không chỉ khắc họa sức hút cá nhân khó cưỡng mà còn khẳng định thái độ làm chủ: Không cần chạy theo đám đông hay bị cuốn bởi áp lực bên ngoài.
