I have healthy eating habits. I eat three meals a day: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never skip meals because they give me energy to study and play. I mainly eat vegetables, fruits, lean meat, eggs, and fish. I rarely eat fatty pork or fast food because they are not healthy. In addition, I drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of water every day. I usually eat meals at regular times each day because it is very good for my health. In conclusion, having good eating habits is very beneficial.
