Là track nhạc thứ tư và cũng là ca khúc chủ đề cho EP album đầu tay "Alivio", "STRESS" được nữ nghệ sĩ solo Hàn Quốc CHUNG HA cho ra mắt vào ngày 12 tháng 2 năm 2024. Cô nàng cũng đã tham gia vào quá trình viết nên phần lời của bài hát. Bài hát là sự giải phóng những cảm xúc tiêu cực đang bị đè nén bên trong tâm trí bởi sự căng thẳng của cuộc sống hằng ngày, với nhịp điệu dance pop bắt tai và thời thượng. "STRESS" khuyến khích người nghe hãy thả lỏng, cho bản thân được tận hưởng trọn vẹn từng phút giây của cuộc sống, và can đảm để theo đuổi niềm hạnh phúc theo cách riêng của mình.

"Alivio" là một thuật ngữ trong tiếng Tây Ban Nha có nghĩa là "an ủi" và "giải tỏa", nó chứa đựng những cảm xúc sâu sắc nhất và những câu chuyện chân thành của CHUNGHA. EP album này bao gồm 8 bài hát, đánh dấu sự trở lại của cô nàng kể từ sau single "Algorithm". Bên cạnh "STRESS", ca khúc chủ đề còn lại của EP mang tên "Thanks for the Memories".
