Là bản nhạc phim đầu tiên trong sự nghiệp của izna, "Psycho" đã được phát hành vào ngày 18 tháng 11 năm 2025 dưới dạng audio. Đây cũng là ca khúc dành cho "Operation: True Love" - một bộ webtoon lãng mạn của Hàn Quốc, được viết bởi kkokkalee và được minh họa bởi họa sĩ Dledumb.

"Psycho" nói về vòng lặp của những cảm xúc ngày càng khó hiểu và không thể tránh khỏi khi si mê một ai đó. Nhân vật chính cứ luôn bị hình bóng của đối phương ám ảnh, dần dần không thể kiểm soát được bản thân và trở nên mất bình tĩnh.
