"LUCID DREAM" vẽ nên một giấc mơ lung linh về tình yêu tuổi trẻ, khi mà mọi cảm xúc đều vừa mơ hồ vừa tươi sáng. Nhân vật chính chìm đắm trong những giấc mơ tỉnh thức, nơi cô vẫn luôn nghĩ về người mình yêu dù đang nằm ở giữa thực tại và tưởng tượng. Tình yêu ấy giống như một phép màu, làm cho trái tim dần dần bị rung động và dẫn lối con người ta tiến về phía trước. Đồng thời, bài hát pop này cũng mang đến tinh thần tích cực rằng tương lai luôn mở rộng và tất cả chúng ta có thể thay đổi thế giới này theo ý muốn của mình.
Được trình bởi nhóm nhạc nữ Hàn Quốc IVE, "LUCID DREAM" chính thức ra mắt vào ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 2026 dưới dạng audio chính thức. Sau đó, một MV chính thức với gam màu tươi sáng cho ca khúc đã được công chiếu trên Youtube vào ngày 25 tháng 5 năm 2026. Đồng thời, đây cũng chính là ca khúc chủ đề cho EP tiếng Nhật thứ tư cùng tên của các cô nàng, được "lên kệ" vào ngày 27 tháng 5 năm 2026. EP bao gồm 6 track nhạc, bên cạnh ca khúc chủ đề còn có bản phát hành trước "Fashion" và một bản b-side mang tên "Jigsaw"; cùng với phiên bản tiếng Nhật cho các sản phẩm âm nhạc tiếng Hàn: "Rebel Heart", "Attitude" và "Thank You".
