"Low" là track nhạc thứ tư nằm trong album phòng thu thứ 2 "SOS" của SZA, ca khúc thuộc thể loại Pop, Rap, Trap và Hip-Hop nói về một người cần sự riêng tư và đang cảnh báo bên kia không nên can thiệp vào cuộc sống cá nhân của họ trong các mối quan hệ kinh doanh của họ. Bài hát nói về việc giữ bí mật, sống bên ngoài sự giám sát của công chúng và mong muốn khám phá khía cạnh hoang dã trong phòng ngủ, đồng thời giữ thái độ khiêm tốn và im lặng ở nơi công cộng. Đoạn điệp khúc có thể hiểu là người nói muốn xem liệu đối tác của mình có thể giữ bí mật và giữ như thể "nobody knows sh*t". Đoạn giới thiệu và câu thứ hai thể hiện mong muốn của người nói được "stay out the way" và có được "confidential privacy" hoàn toàn. Đến cuối bài hát, người nghe có cảm giác về sự độc lập của người nói và mong muốn giữ quyền kiểm soát số phận của mình.
