Bài hát nói lên ý tưởng buông bỏ gánh nặng và cho phép chúng ta tiến gần hơn đến nơi bình yên bên trong. SZA cũng nói lên tầm quan trọng của việc tin tưởng vào sức mạnh của những ngày tốt đẹp phía trước và hy vọng vào những điều tốt đẹp nhất bất chấp hoàn cảnh hiện tại của chúng ta.
