Được ra mắt vào ngày 19 tháng 10 năm 2026 cùng một MV chính thức, "FIRESTARTER" đánh dấu sự trở lại của K/DA - nhóm nhạc nữ ảo của Riot Games đến từ tựa game "League of Legends" (hay tựa tiếng Việt là "Liên Minh Huyền Thoại"), sau gần sáu năm kể từ EP "ALL OUT" được phát hành vào năm 2020. Bài hát có sự góp mặt của hai thành viên nhóm nhạc nữ Hàn Quốc i-dle gồm MIYEON và SOYEON, tiếp tục đảm nhận vai trò Ahri và Akali; cùng với sự xuất hiện của hai thành viên mới là Sophie Powers và Mimi Webb. Đội hình mới này đánh dấu sản phẩm âm nhạc đầu tiên của K/DA mà không có sự góp mặt của Madison Beer và Jaira Burns kể từ khi nhóm ra mắt năm 2018.
