Track nhạc thứ 10 "Drama Queen" là một bản Pop kết hợp yếu tố nhẹ nhàng của R&B và Funky Pop, bài hát đào sâu vào những nỗi bất mãn trong một mối quan hệ nơi xung đột và kịch tính lấn át tình yêu đích thực và sự gắn kết cảm xúc. Ca khúc như một lời kêu gọi hướng đến một mối quan hệ lành mạnh và ổn định hơn thay vì một mối quan hệ bị chi phối bởi những thứ không cần thiết.

Cô chia sẻ về ca khúc trên Youtube rằng: "Đây là một bài hát thực sự hài hước.. Về ý tưởng rằng tình yêu đôi khi có thể rất kịch tính, bực bội và quá đà.. Đối với tôi, đó là kiểu tình yêu sai lầm. Kiểu tình yêu đúng đắn với tôi.. Là không quá kịch tính hay nồng nhiệt, bởi vì đó là lúc sự hỗn loạn có thể phát huy tác dụng."
