"Card Declined" là track thứ 3 nằm trong album phòng thu thứ tám "Music, Fashion, Film" của Charli xcx, phát hành vào ngày 24/07/2026. Tác phẩm được chia làm hai phần: Nửa đầu chứa nội dung chính, nửa sau mang tên "I Keep On Thinking Bout You Every Single Day And Night" – sử dụng trích đoạn nhạc (interpolation) cùng tên từ B-side của đĩa đơn mở đường "Rock Music".
Mang phong cách Alternative Pop pha Anti Pop và Post Grunge đầy tính thử nghiệm, bài hát phản ánh sự rỗng tuếch của chủ nghĩa tiêu dùng hiện đại. Nội dung ca khúc kể về nỗ lực dùng hàng hóa sang trọng để "mua" một cá tính và xoa dịu sự cô đơn. Tuy nhiên, khi giao dịch bị từ chối ( "Card Declined"), thực tế phũ phàng về sự kiệt quệ tài chính lẫn sự trống rỗng trong tâm hồn liền bị phơi bày. Qua đó, tác phẩm cho thấy việc mua sắm thực chất chỉ là cái bẫy nhằm trốn tránh những ám ảnh tâm lý và sự trống trải không thể khỏa lấp.
