Đây là ca khúc nằm trong album phòng thu đầu tay của cô nàng ROSÉ có tên "rosie", dự kiến sẽ "lên kệ" vào ngày 6 tháng 12 năm 2024 sắp tới.

Tựa đề bài hát "APT." là cách viết tắt của từ "apartment" và phiên âm từ "아파트 (apateu)", đều có nghĩa tiếng Việt là "căn hộ". Bài hát đề cập đến drinking game phổ biến của Hàn Quốc có tên là "Apartment Game". MV chính thức đầy vui nhộn với tông màu hồng làm chủ đạo cho ca khúc cũng được ra mắt cùng lúc.
