Tình cảm ấy dường như vượt qua khỏi những giới hạn về không gian và thời gian, dù thế nào cũng sẽ vẹn nguyên và luôn vững bền như phút ban đầu!

Được ra mắt vào ngày 19 tháng 10 năm 2026 cùng một music video, "Birthday Wish" là bài hát mới nhất đến từ nhóm nhạc nữ NMIXX. Với giai điệu electropop và experimental pop, đây cũng chính là ca khúc chủ đề dành cho "Strange Muse" - EP thứ sáu của các cô nàng, được "lên kệ" vào cùng ngày với tổng cộng 6 track nhạc. Trong đó, có ba track nhạc được thể hiện bởi ba sub-unit: "너는 달 (Sing to the Moon)" của bộ đôi Lily và Haewon, "Hot 'n Unbothered" của bộ đôi Sullyoon và Bae,"휙 (Whip) của bộ đôi Jiwoo và Kyujin.
