Đây là bản nhạc chủ đề cho album phòng thu tiếng Nhật đầu tay của các cô nàng có tên "Stay Alive", bao gồm tỏng cộng 17 track nhạc. Album tổng hợp các single tiếng Nhật đã được phát hành trước đó, cùng với đó là một số bản b-side mới là: "Satellite", "Say My Name", phiên bản tiếng Nhật cho "I Want It" và "Stay With Me".
