Sau single "DSTM", "365" là tựa đề sản phẩm âm nhạc mới nhất đến từ các chàng trai ONE OR EIGHT. Đây cũng là bản phát hành đầu tiên của nhóm, sau thông báo về hợp tác với hãng thu âm lớn Atlantic Music Group. Bài hát được "trình làng" vào ngày 17 tháng 6 năm 2025, cùng với một MV chính thức được đạo diễn bởi Osrin của hãng sáng tạo PERIMETRON có trụ sở tại Tokyo.

Kết hợp giai điệu pop R&B quyến rũ với nhịp điệu đặc biệt cùng chất liệu hiphop, "365" thể hiện trọn vẹn mong muốn được ở bên cạnh người mà mình yêu thương mỗi ngày trong năm. Ngoài ra, đây cũng là lời tri ân dành cho người hâm mộ của nhóm - 1DERZ vì bài hát tựa như "lời hứa duy trì một mối liên kết không thể phá vỡ, kéo dài đến mãi mãi trong tương lai".

Đặc biệt, "365" cũng được sáng tác bởi Nasri, ca sĩ chính kiêm nhạc sĩ của ban nhạc Magic! - những người tạo nên cú hit đứng đầu bảng xếp hạng Billboard Hot 100 năm 2013 "Rude.". Anh chàng này cũng là tác giả cho các sản phẩm âm nhạc của các nghệ sĩ khác như Justin Bieber, Pitbull, Shakira...
