Chính thức phát hành vào ngày 10 tháng 4 năm 2025, "CUNTISSIMO" là một bài nhạc kết hợp giữa thể loại techno cùng với Euro pop và electro industrial; nổi bật giữa sự hòa trộn của tiếng vĩ cầm cùng những nhịp điệu điện tử mạnh mẽ. Bài hát này đóng vai trò là đĩa đơn thứ ba trích từ album thứ sáu của MARINA có tên "PRINCESS OF POWER", sắp được ra mắt vào ngày 6 tháng 6 năm 2025. Cô cũng sẽ ra mắt ca khúc này trực tiếp trên sân khấu chính của lễ hội âm nhạc Coachella năm nay.
