"Crazy Crazy" là một bài hát thuộc thể loại dance pop kết hợp electronic, nói về những cảm xúc thăng hoa và đầy phấn khích trong tình yêu. Đó là một thứ tình cảm vô cùng điên rồ, khiến trái tim nhân vật chính đập nhanh hơn và tâm trí cũng như đang lơ lửng trên chín tầng mây. Thế nhưng chính sự điên rồ ấy lại khiến chúng ta cảm thấy mình đang được sống.

Ra mắt vào ngày 18 tháng 1 năm 2017, "Crazy Crazy" là bài hát được thể hiện bởi giọng hát của hai nữ nghệ sĩ Charli XCX và Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. MV chính thức cho bài hát được công chiếu sau đó vào ngày 27 tháng 1 năm 2017. Bài hát này đóng vai trò là track nhạc thứ hai nằm trong album phòng thu đầu tay "Digital Native" của nam nghệ sĩ Yasutaka Nakata, "lên kệ" vào ngày 5 tháng 2 năm 2018.
