Sau mini album "BXX", "HEADWAY" là tựa đề mini album thứ bảy đánh dấu sự trở lại của các cô nàng Purple Kiss vào ngày 22 tháng 10 năm 2024. Mini album bao gồm năm track nhạc, với intro mang tên "Concrete Jungle" và ba bản b-side khác là: "Sweet Nightmare", "Encore" và "Light The Way".

Ca khúc chủ đề mang tên "On My Bike" có giai điệu hiphop đầy mạnh mẽ kết hợp cùng rock và dance pop sâu lắng. Đi kèm với bài hát này chính là một MV chính thức, trong đó các thành viên của nhóm hóa thân thành những thiên thần bóng tối đầy ấn tượng.

"On My Bike" nói với người nghe rằng hãy luôn vững tin theo đuổi con đường của riêng mình, bất chấp cả ý kiến lời ra tiếng vào của bất kỳ ai khác. "Ca khúc chủ đề lần này nói về việc đưa ra quyết định của riêng chúng ta tại ngã ba đường, giữa những hối tiếc của ngày hôm qua và những kỳ vọng của ngày mai" - thành viên Ireh của nhóm chia sẻ trong một cuộc phỏng vấn với tờ Korea JoongAng Daily trước khi phát hành mini album.
