Mới đây, sau màn thông báo bất ngờ về một chiếc album phòng thu mới sắp sửa cho ra mắt, cuối cùng thì vào ngày 29.9. 2023, chàng nhạc sĩ người Anh Ed Sheeran đã cho ra mắt album phòng thu thứ 8 mang tên "Autumn variations". Đây là chiếc album gồm 14 ca khúc được anh chàng lấy cảm hứng chủ đạo là mùa thu, thế nên mới có cái tên album như hiện tại. Và Page là ca khúc thứ 8 nằm trong 14 track của album lần này. Lấy cảm hứng từ chất liệu story telling của cô bạn thân Taylor Swift, Ed đã mang tới góc nhìn của một người sau khi vừa chia tay người yêu, khi mà tình cảm của họ dành cho đối phương vẫn còn quá lớn và quá nhiều đến mức kể cả khi buông tay nhau rồi vẫn không thể chấp nhận được sự thật là cả hai đã đánh mất nhau, chính vì vậy mà họ đã "stuck on the page" - vì câu chuyện cuộc đời của mỗi người giống như một quyển vở trắng và được chúng ta lấy đầy từng ngày.
