Ca khúc thuộc thể loại rap/hiphop do Earl On The Beat sản xuất chịu ảnh hưởng của nhạc jazz và được lấy sample từ bài hát năm 1964 của Dionne Warwick mang tên "Walk on By". Ca khúc mang đến một hình ảnh đen tối và đầy máu me, Doja dường như ám chỉ đến những ảnh hưởng tinh thần khi trở thành một người nổi tiếng trong những năm gần đây. MV mang đến những hình ảnh có phần quái đản và kinh dị, với việc Doja xuất hiện cùng vẻ ngoài quỷ quyệt đầy táo bạo.
