Với thể loại Pop R&B và Ballad nhẹ nhàng và bắt tai, bài hát kể về một mối quan hệ kết thúc không một lời báo trước hay giải thích. Người kể chuyện cảm thấy bối rối và thất vọng vì đã hy vọng nhiều hơn vào mối quan hệ này.
Mở đầu là lúc người kể chuyện bày tỏ sự thất vọng với người mình yêu, người đã hứa sẽ ở lại nhưng lại bỏ đi không một dấu vết. Đến phần điệp khúc, anh đặt câu hỏi tại sao người ấy lại bỏ đi mà không để lại thông tin liên lạc để anh biết chuyện gì đã xảy ra, điều này làm anh cảm thấy tổn thương trước sự biến mất đột ngột và thiếu vắng lời giải thích, và tự hỏi tại sao mình lại bị bỏ lại.
