Đây cũng là track nhạc thứ hai trích từ album phòng thu đầu tay "PRIMA" của cô nàng, bao gồm tổng cộng 11 track nhạc. Trước đó, ba single "mở đường" cho album đã được phát hành gồm: "KGB", "Red Bottoms" và "Ain't In LA".

Được đặt theo tên nữ diễn viên từng đoạt giải Oscar, "Nicole Kidman" là một ca khúc nhạc electronic và synthpop đầy cuốn hút.
