Vào ngày 28 tháng 4 năm 2025, nhóm nhạc nam HIGHLIGHT đã cho ra mắt MV chính thức cho "Chains". Đây cũng là bài hát chủ đề nằm trong mini album thứ sáu của các chàng trai có tên "From Real To Surreal", bao gồm 4 track nhạc. Ngoài single "mở đường" đã phát hành trước đó có tên "Endless Ending", mini album còn hai bản b-side khác là "Good Day To You" và "Follow Me".

"Chains" nói về việc thoát khỏi những ràng buộc - hay những "xiềng xích" kìm hãm nhân vật chính khỏi việc đón nhận cảm xúc thật trong lòng mình. Anh chàng sẵn sàng lao vào mối quan hệ, bất kể nó có chông gai và đầy rủi ro nguy hiểm đến mức nào. Kết hợp giữa dance pop và hiphop, "Chains" đã thực sự đem đến người nghe những thăng trầm và phức tạp của tình yêu.
