People's communication and information needs become extremely important so it is easy to understand why the Internet has become more and more popular with everyone in the world. Since it first appeared, it has dramatically changed the world. It starts a new era in the technology industry. Internet is confirmed to be a tool opening a new door to the vast ocean.

There are so many merits that social network brings to us. First, it helps us to search for information fast and clearly. Especially for students, the Internet serves to learn and makes them improve their study by receiving and giving information. We can update the news every day from the world or nation. Social network also allows users to communicate and connect with other users by computers, smartphones, televisions, etc. Therefore, everyone that far from will have a chance to see who they want to meet and even talk to them. Furthermore, after a hard day, people can relax by watch videos or use Facebook on the Internet, so that the Internet is entertaining.

On the other hand, there are many harms caused by the abuse of the Internet. Because of the utility of the social network, the human becomes depend on it a lot. It leads to hinder the evolution of creation, imagination. Moreover, for sharing information on social networks, we have to face up to the truth that we have a risk of personal information being leaked. It also attracts us to waste our time on useless things. Although the Internet helps us search and share information as above, it prevents information memorization. According to the scientist, reading, writing or listening are better to remember something. Social network not only connects everyone together but also do the opposite when we spend too much time for it. For sure, we do not want the close on Internet but far from souls. The most negative effect is that it makes health worse. Light from smart equipment causes sleeplessness, eyesight, obesity, etc.

In each of us, everyone deserves to enjoy the good things of life, everyone has the right to use the Internet but don't abuse it, know when to stop before turning into an addict. "Let the Internet become useful and never let the Internet control us."
