From my point of view, having good health is important for everyone because if we stay healthy, we can work effectively. With good health, we can study better, be active, find a good job.. so it means we can do everything we want. There are a lot of potential ways to keep us healthy. First of all, we should pay attention to your food and drinks. We should eat a variety of food such as whole grains, lean protein, vegetables, and fruits. We should drink a glass of warm water before breakfast and drink enough clean water about 2 liters a day. Moreover, we had better avoid eating fatty food; drinking beer, wine, sugary drinks. Secondly, we should do the exercises regularly or play sports such as yoga, badminton, aerobic, swimming.. It assists us to improve our health, strengthen our bones and muscles, avoid diseases, improve immune system, control our weight and reduce stress. Last but not least, we should create good habits to build up a healthy lifestyle. For instance, we should get up early, go for a walk, do regular exercise.. Besides, we shouldn't stay up late, drink wine, watch tv all day. In conclusion, if you follow the above things, you will be healthy.
